Who We Are…

The First Light Foundation of Hope was incorporated in 2018 as a faith-based registered charity for the homeless, addicted, and marginalized members located in the Durham Region.

We are located at 253 Simcoe Street South in Oshawa, Ontario.             

At the First Light Outreach Centre, we provide the following:

• Support for the homeless
• Resources for those struggling with addictions
• Practical help to those of lesser means within our community
• Basic nutritional staples, clothing, socks and blankets

Our outreach center also offers access to counselling and a support network in a safe, loving environment where we can further provide hope and help.
